Requirement summary: For this requirement the applicant should have a min of 14 to 22 years of experience and should have an exposure to lead large HR team within Oil and Gas, Power and Energy, Chemicals, Iron and Steel or Manufacturing, lead HR position, Acquaintance of international HR practices, Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy across Australian region


Develop and Sustain a credo based multi-lingual culture with varied ethnicity and drive organizational culture, Drive and deliver interventions for leadership development and capacity building, Track industry practise and identify opportunities to review and strengthen people practices in alignment with the reward team, Create and develop the compensation and engagement strategy and manage employee life cycle process, lead critical projects and deputise for the HRD in similar organization

Key areas: Hands on knowledge in President HR, Group Head HR, Director HR, Head HR, HR Head, GM HR is mandatory
