Requirement summary: For this requirement the applicant should have a min of 3 to 8 years of
experience and should have an exposure to Monitors, identify and analyse all
projects costs, Monitors all change orders (Variations) to the contract, Review
the collected data from site (Store, Labors records, Equipment Records,
Subcontractor and Misc)
Check the site records intensely and present the record on the collected data as per control database, Earned Value Analysis, Prepare significant reports from the Historical data of the projects, Reports for the effect of the Variations on the project cost, Progress measurement S Curves based on Cost, Monitoring and Controlling project progress, Supervising and checking finishing and snagging, Primavera, MS project, MEP Drawings with the Structure and Finishes Drawings, MEP activities with the Structure & Finishes activities in similar organization.
